Dr. Diana Kraemer is a highly skilled neurosurgeon who has dedicated over three decades to treating brain, spine, and peripheral nerve diseases and injuries.
With a strong educational background from UCSB, UCLA, Duke, and Yale, she has earned fellowships in prestigious organizations such as the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators. Dr. Kraemer serves on the North American Spine Society's Evidence- Based Treatment Guidelines Committee. She is a Past President of the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators and has received advanced training in evidence-based medicine, causation analysis, and the assessment of permanent impairment. She is a co-author of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 6th Edition, 2023, The Nervous System and 2024, The Lower Limb.
Dr. Kraemer also dedicates her time to teaching, writing, and mentoring others on the importance of accurate and ethical evaluations for injured individuals. She volunteers in her community by providing medical care in an underserved Community Health Center and as a member of the Boy Scouts of America. She is also a member of the California Medical Assistance Team and an advisor to the Key Spouse Program for the 452nd Medical Group at March Air Reserve Base.
