Dr. Jacob Rosenberg is a distinguished pain management specialist with extensive experience in anesthesiology and chronic pain treatment.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, graduating with honors in multiple disciplines, and holds a B.A. in Mathematics, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. ​ Dr. Rosenberg completed his internship and residency in surgery and anesthesia at the University of Texas Medical School, followed by a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Utah School of Medicine. ​

Currently serving as Medical Director for Integrated Pain Management Medical Group in Walnut Creek, CA, Dr. Rosenberg has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California since 1997. He has held leadership roles, including Chair of the Pain Management Division at Mt. Diablo/John Muir Medical Center and Medicare advisor for Northern California. His professional expertise spans acute and chronic pain interventions, including advanced techniques such as neurolytic blocks, cryoneurolysis, and dorsal column stimulators.

Dr. Rosenberg is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management, with numerous certifications and honors, including passing the AAPM Pain Boards and recertification in pain management by the ABA.​ He has contributed to research on methotrexate assays and nucleotide separation techniques and has published works on pain stigma and sexual dysfunction associated with chronic pain.
