Who is eligible to be a member of CSIMS?

The “NEW CSIMS” is welcoming all physicians and surgeons (M.D., D.O & PhD), Optometrists, Dentists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants, licensed by the State of California and within the scope of their practice as defined by California State law, with the majority of their practice being occupational medicine.

How do I join?

You can join online anytime on our secure site and become a member or call the Assistant Director, Patricia Aranas, at 949-525-9102.

What are the annual national dues for CSIMS membership?

Please check our membership page to get details about the various membership levels.

How long is my membership valid and when do I need to renew?

Membership is valid till December 31, of the year that you enroll. Therefore we encourage you to enroll early in the year to avail all benefits. 

 

How long before I receive my member benefits?

Most of your membership benefits will begin immediately upon activation.

 

How do I update my address or phone number?

Email your changes to membership@csims.org, or call our Assistant Director, Patricia Aranas, at 949-525-9102.

Why have I not received the link to the portal yet?

We are in the process of building a site just for members only.  It is still under construction and we will inform you once the site is ready.
