Greyson Goody specializes in prosecuting personal injury cases. He is originally from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. One of his earliest memories is watching his father, Keith Goody, defend and try criminal cases around Wyoming with him and his brothers in tow. Keith Goody still tries death cases at 75 years old and his love for the law has permeated Greyson’s being as well.
Since becoming an attorney in 2013, Greyson has tried 25 civil cases to verdict (and 1 criminal). His first trial as lead counsel was on the case of Pebley v. Santa Clara Organics, resulting in a $3,466,000 verdict for a cervical fusion. Pebley was appealed and the appellate court’s ruling finally gave clarity to the issue of determining reasonable value for lien-based treatment when the plaintiff is insured. Pebley is now binding law cited in every personal injury case in California. Greyson is an Associate in American Board of Trial Advocates, a member of Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Orange County Trial Lawyers’ Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He was voted the CAOC Street Fighter Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2019 and the OCTLA Top Gun Young Gun Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2021.
Greyson tries cases honesty, openly, and with humility. He models his tactics after Gerry Spence, Keith Mitnick, and the friends he continuously tries cases with and learns from. Greyson’s daughter, Tallulah, is his inspiration and the light of his life. He owns a ranch in Bondurant, Wyoming, where he likes to spend his time with his family.
