Justin Ito co-founded and serves as CTO of Sequoia Port, where he leads development of a case-logistics platform that ingests, summarizes, and organizes unstructured medical records and claims data using scalable data pipelines, machine-learning models, and process-driven workflows . Outside his full-time CTO role, he serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the USMC Reserve and is a Senior Enterprise Data and AI Advisor for Marine Corps Forces - Cyber Command, and the Deputy Commandant of Information - Service Data Office, contributing to the Marine Corps’ data governance and cyber-analytics initiatives.
