Kimberly Wiswell has been engaged in workers’ compensation, managed care, and occupational health since the late ‘70s, with a focus on data analysis and predictive modeling for the past five years. In her current role, she serves as Director, Managed Care Solutions, Embedded Analytics for Gradient AI, an insurtech provider of claims and underwriting solutions to the P&C and Group Health arenas. Kim has extensive knowledge of workers’ compensation including data analytics, system development, provider networks, medical bill review, industrial medicine operations and administration, business process reengineering, and AI/machine learning applications for the industry. Over her career, she has served in executive management roles for a diverse set of employers including CLARA Analytics, Coventry; MEDVAL; Kaiser Permanente; Fair, Isaac; HealthNet Plus; Fremont Compensation; CompPartners; Beech Street; and Medata as well as consulting for many others, including CWCI, CA DWC, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Sutter Health, and United HealthCare.
