Mr. Marc Lazarus founding partner of Russell & Lazarus is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive litigation experience, having served as lead counsel in hundreds of contested matters. Over the course of his career, he has taken and defended more than a thousand depositions involving parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses. His courtroom experience includes leading approximately five bench trials and twenty jury trials, in addition to handling around one hundred binding arbitrations and over one hundred judicial arbitrations.

Mr. Lazarus is also a skilled negotiator, having represented clients in more than two hundred mediations, mandatory settlement conferences, and voluntary settlement discussions. His dedication to client advocacy and legal excellence has earned him notable recognition, including being named a 2022 Southern California Super Lawyer and receiving a Clients’ Choice Award from Avvo.
