Micaela is the managing litigation attorney at Batta Fulkerson, LLP.  She began her career as a defense attorney for two of the largest insurance companies in the country.  Micaela litigated hundreds of cases, working closely with insurance adjusters and claims professionals, and developed a deep understanding of personal injury practice from the defense perspective.  Known for her tenacity, she was often called upon to try cases in the final weeks before trial, achieving numerous successful verdicts.  Micaela now leverages her unique insights to represent plaintiffs exclusively.
