Raye L. Bellinger, MD, FACC, MBA, QME specializes in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine. He earned a BA in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and received his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas through a U.S. Air Force scholarship. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi, followed by a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Bellinger’s career in cardiology included service as an attending cardiologist at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, California, and a successful 33-year private practice. He retired in December 2023. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and nuclear cardiology, and has served as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) since 1997. He continues to practice in this capacity.
