Robert Hamparyan is one of California’s most active and successful trial lawyers, who has obtained numerous seven-figure jury awards and countless accolades from the legal community. His practice focuses on catastrophic orthopedic, spinal, and brain injuries, as well as wrongful death. He also has an active trial practice involving insurance bad faith and other wrongful insurance practices. Robert also represents victims of elder abuse, sexual harassment and other employment misconduct.

From the years 2009-2017, Robert was awarded with the San Diego County Top Attorney Award, and named Super Lawyer from 2009-2025. He also received the 2008 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award.
