Shannon Whitaker is an accomplished attorney in the Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice group at Singleton Schreiber. She brings extensive experience litigating catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, and sexual abuse cases, having previously practiced at a respected personal injury firm in San Diego.

Ms. Whitaker earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as President of Internal Affairs for the Consumer Attorneys of USD and externed for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

A dedicated advocate for the legal community, Ms. Whitaker is co-chair of the Golf Tournament Committee for Lawyers Club of San Diego and serves on the Board of the New Lawyers Division of the Consumer Attorneys of California. She is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the American Association for Justice, and the Society of Women Trial Lawyers.
